CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION (PORT TO PORT SHIPPING)

Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation, including but not limited to:

• Packing List
• Import/Export Licenses (if required)
• Certificates of Origin
• Any other documents required by customs authorities

DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES

• Srijan Enterprises is not responsible for any additional fees or surcharges imposed by customs or regulatory bodies.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

• All shipments must comply with local and international trade laws.
• Restricted or prohibited items must not be included in shipments. Clients are responsible for verifying the legality of their goods before shipping.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any goods that violate regulations.

CUSTOM DELAYS AND INSPECTIONS

• Customs authorities may inspect shipments at their discretion, which may cause unforeseen delays.
• Srijan Enterprises is not liable for any delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Srijan Enterprises acts as a facilitator for customs clearance and is not liable for any penalties, confiscations, or losses due to non-compliance by the client.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Srijan Enterprises harmless from any legal claims, fines, or losses resulting from incorrect documentation, non-compliance, or failure to pay duties/taxes.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

Srijan Enterprises reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
